I’ll give you my stats, but more importantly - I’ve been there.
On the outside, I had it all figured out. An Ivy League Graduate, making 6 figures before I was 25. Living in a cool apartment in Brooklyn with a solid group of friends. Life seemed good.
Yet when it came to my relationships, things were in shambles. By the time I was 31, I’d been single for nearly a decade.
I became obsessed with learning everything about dating. Attraction psychology, male bonding, evolutionary relationship theories, polarity, and masculine/feminine dynamics. And things started to click.
The truth is - dating requires a different skillset than relationships do, and most of us have never been taught it. Once I mastered this, everything changed.
In 2023, I met my now partner walking my dog down the street of all places! We now live in Denver together, and I’ve never felt more nourished or seen in a relationship.
A year later, I quit my Corporate job to guide women in their love lives full time. I’ve led hundreds of women, and I’ve supported the most intelligent, sensitive women in finding love.
And yes, I’m an Ivy League Grad (go Big Red!), former Sales Leader for a Fortune 500 company, certified Hypnotherapist and Integrative Attachment Relationship coach.

My Approach
I believe most dating problems are rooted in differences in the way men and women bond, specifically, in the early stages. Not just what they need to feel safe & connected, but attracted and inspired to move towards each other.
Right now, the dating industry falls into one of two camps - rule based, performative, and oversimplified or trauma and healing oriented, with generic advice like “Just be yourself,” and “State your needs directly,” which totally misses the mark on attraction.
My approach lives in a third domain, which I refer to as psychologically-intelligent dating. It’s based in attraction psychology, the principles of male bonding, and relational intelligence. It’s strategic and directive while still allowing women to lead with authenticity and integrity in dating.
